Prompt Club – July Meeting

We had a good turn-out, not too shabby for a busy summer schedule. Characters were reinvented in a variety of ways — it’s always interesting to see how writers interpret a prompt!  This month’s prompt is “Your character has the ability to manipulate time.

Speaking of manipulating time, we will be celebrating our (belated) 2nd Anniversary in August.  We also look forward to getting to know newest member Catherine Conroy!

We meet the third Tuesday of each month at the Cherry Valley District Library from 6 pm to 8 pm.  This month we’re meeting on the third Tuesday – August 20 – in the big meeting room. The members are expected to write a monthly 1,000 word prompt as selected by the group, attend meetings, and critique others’ work. If you are interested in joining The Prompt Club, contact Mary Lamphere.
